MICK FANNING SIGNED DHD GIVEWAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1. This competition is a Game of Chance. The FCS X DHD Signed By Mick Fanning competition starts at 5.00 PM on Thursday, 7 December, 2023 and ends Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024 at 11:59PM AEST.
1.2 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to everyone 18 years of age and over, in the countries listed below:
2.2. Employees, franchisees or contractors and their immediate families of Surf Hardware International are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, or step-sister.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 In order to enter, the entrants must complete the entry form via the Promotor’s website
and/or associated social media pages providing the entrant’s full name; email address, surfing ability, and agreeing to receive our email marketing.
3.2 Entrants must be following at the time we draw the winner.
3.3 Entrants have a single entry to each competition via the website, and multiple entries on Instagram.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be 1 winners;
4.2 The prize includes a DHD Utopia surfboard signed by Mick Fanning as well as a signed set of new autographed Mick Fanning FCSII fins.Board is Mick Fanning's Utopia dimensions - 5'10" X 18'7/8" X 2' 3/8" - 27.5L
4.3 The total value of prizes does not exceed 50,000€.
4.4 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
4.5 In the event that any prize item is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal value.
5. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
5.1 If the winner does not claim their prize by the specified time - 14 days from when the Promoter contacts the winner - the Promoter reserves the right to void that entry and/or select another winner.
6. SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS
6.1 The winners of a DHD Utopia surfboard signed by Mick Fanning as well as a signed set of new autographed Mick Fanning FCSII fins will be drawn on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
6.2 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draws. To be eligible to win, the entrant must be subscribed to the newsletter at the time of the draw & follow both Instagram Accounts of the Endorsers. All draws will take place at :

6.3 The prize winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw. The winner may also be announced via our associated social media sites, such as Instagram.
6.4 The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
7. NO LIABILITY
7.1 The Promoter takes no responsibility for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by an entrant.
7.2 The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods offered as prizes.
7.3 The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
7.3.1 during the draw;
7.3.2 in the participation in any prize
7.3.3 as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
7.3.4 due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
7.3.5 due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
7.4 The Promoter and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
7.5 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State legislation.
8. PRIVACY
8.1 The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is also available on their website. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
